1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phdaily. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applies to all players accessing the Platform from within the Philippines.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents and visitors in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phdaily complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) phdaily account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 phdaily does not permit registration by individuals who are employees of phdaily, its affiliates, or any game provider integrated into the Platform, nor by any immediate family members of such employees.
3.1 To access phdaily's paid gaming services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a verified email address.
3.2 phdaily may require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdaily login credentials. You must notify phdaily immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phdaily will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
3.4 phdaily reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the phdaily Platform is ₱50 (Philippine Pesos). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier, subject to availability.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. phdaily targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, though processing times may vary.
4.3 phdaily reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or Terms violations are suspected.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on phdaily are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phdaily does not accept or pay out in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.
4.5 Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a game session has commenced. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts before confirming transactions.
5.1 phdaily offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied unless otherwise stated.
5.3 phdaily reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple account registrations, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of promotional terms — phdaily reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend the relevant accounts.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active per phdaily account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
6.1 All virtual casino games on phdaily operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are independent of previous outcomes and are not influenced by phdaily or any employee thereof.
6.2 Live dealer games operate under the rules of the respective table game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phdaily reserves the right to void the affected round and return bets.
6.3 Sports betting odds are set by phdaily and may change before a wager is confirmed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. phdaily reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, irregular activity, or clearly erroneous odds.
6.4 phdaily is not responsible for losses incurred due to network interruptions, device failures, or power outages on the player's end during an active game session.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
8.1 All content on the phdaily Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the property of phdaily or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phdaily content without express written permission.
9.1 phdaily is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, accessible from your phdaily account dashboard.

10.2 phdaily's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to phdaily in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phdaily makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
11.1 phdaily reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, phdaily may notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdaily Platform shall be submitted first to phdaily's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
12.3 phdaily's operations are subject to the oversight of PAGCOR, the regulatory authority responsible for gaming in the Philippines.
